- Pre-dynastic hard stone vase enthusiasts will be excited to learn about our Vase Room, where you’ll have the chance to handle these amazing and mystifying objects. Catch live 3D scanning, and meet the experts on the forefront of this this research.
- Dive into the geography of the jungle in our LiDAR Room, where you’ll have hands on experience learning how to read LiDAR from various locations around the world. Got a location you want to explore? Talk to the experts who’ll help you decipher the landscape to reveal its secrets.

Cosmic Classroom Day
Classroom Day is a rare opportunity for interactive and audience-engaging learning with speakers. These are designed to have a more hands-on experience in an intimate learning setting, with sessions allowing for deeper dives into specialized topics.
You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, debate ideas and explore the latest theories alongside world-renowned experts.
This year we have six classrooms to choose from, each lasting three hours. Travel to Ancient Egypt with Ben van Kerkwyk, explore Breakthrough Technology with Bob Greenyer & Ashton Forbes, or be inspired by Randall Carlson’s Sacred Geometry Classroom.
These take place June 23rd for an “Extra Day” and can be purchased as an add-on to the main the main event.

How could we miss the Summer Solstice?
Join us for a special event as we venture out of Greensboro to Pilot Mountain, and witness something truly special at sunset.
Learn about the history of the area through local researcher Jim McKelvey who discovered the unique connection between Pilot Mountain and the summer solstice. Randall Carlson will also give an interesting talk, and we’ll have a ceremony conducted by Cherokee Wisdom Keeper Yona Frenchhawk.
Free transport will be laid on, but with limited spaces. Departs Sheraton Four Seasons Hotel at 6pm, return by 9.45pm.

Let’s kick off CS25 with an epic party, DJ and dancing.
Last year we had Randall on the dancefloor, let’s see if we can repeat history!
Travel back in time into the unique Club Fifth, with its 80s vibe, awesome atmosphere and VIP Balcony.
This is a chance to bond over a beer, unwind with a wine and share your love of all things cosmic over a cosmopolitan.
Our community is all about shared experiences and this year’s welcome party is sure to be as unforgettable as CS24.
Atlantica US Premiere
Time: 9pm to 11pm
Location: Yang Room, Guilford Ballroom
Atlantica throws a hand grenade into the mix of the Atlantis debate.
An absolute must for Atlantis enthusiasts, Cosmic Summit is honored to be hosting the US Premiere of this mind-blowing series from award-winning filmmaker Michael Donnellan.
During this special hour long cut of the 3-part series, Atlantica will take you on a journey 11,600 years into the past on the hunt for the fabled lost city. This series is packed with new discoveries and never-before-seen footage of what is sure to be one of the most important archaeological discoveries ever found.
Michael will set the scene with a presentation and introduction into his research and documentary, which is the culmination of nearly a decade of hard work and dedication. After the screening, there’ll be an opportunity for Q&A with Michael and he’ll also be appearing as part of the Cosmic Summit Explorer’s Club Panel and in Monday’s The Atlantis Debate Classroom alongside Dan Richards, Dr Danny Hilman, Graham Dunlop, and David Stig Hansen.

As we dine together in front of the main stage, there’s a real feeling of community as tables discuss the exciting revelations from the day’s lectures, and you might find yourself lucky enough to be sat a table with Randall Carlson or Ben van Kerkwyk.

Cosmic Summit After Party

We are closing out Cosmic Summit 2025 with a bang this year, with an epic after party in the Victorian Ballroom at the Four Seasons Sheraton.
There’ll be music, a bar, special speaker Q&A sessions, BYOD – Bring Your Own Drum sessions, and our very first Cosmic summit Awards.
